Every effort has been made to get you the parts you need when you need them, however because of the nature of our business, UPS may delay your order for some reason or another, this is out of our control. If you need a part in a hurry we recommend UPS Express services. It’s a little more expensive but the delivery time is guaranteed.

All our shipments are sent UPS ground, unless specified otherwise. Ground service time varies depending on what area you live in.
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted if your item is returned within 20 days from date of shipment and you have contacted us via email at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number & printed it boldly on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are for exchange or in house credit. No credit will be made to your credit card account (under any circumstances). All returned merchandise must be in original packing and boxed to insure no freight damage. We are not responsible for incoming freight damage. Special and custom orders are not returnable. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or refusal if not returned properly. REMEMBER YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY ITEM (NO EXCEPTIONS).
